I posted the question to the support forum for squeezecast and the devloper responded with this: Squeezecast process these natively. Should be gapless, it just plays what the server is sending. -- maggior Rich - Setup: 2 SB3s, 4 Booms, 1 Duet, 1 Receiver, 1 Touch, iPeng on iPod

Nobody knows? I'll probably just download it myself this weekend and check it out for myself. Even if it doesn't work for me, I'll look upon it as a donation to help fund future developement :-). -- maggior Rich - Setup: 2 SB3s, 4 Booms, 1 Duet, 1 Receiver, 1 Touch, iPeng on iPod

I downloaded and installed the app tonight. It was easy to setup and connected to my server very easily. I verified that it does play FLAC natively and gaplessly!! I'm very happy with the app. There is obviously still some work to be done, but in general it works well!! Once it is streaming,

I have iPeng on my iPod Touch and I am considering getting squeezecast. I have a couple of questions before I purchase: - Does it support FLAC natively? - Does it support gapless playback of FLAC and LAME mp3? Thanks, -- maggior Rich - Setup: 2 SB3s, 4 Booms, 1 Duet, 1 Receiver, 1
