oregonstate. Also replaces ftp.informatik.hu-berlin.de (has most files

What is the criteria for OpenBSD mirroring ports distfiles? I ask
because my most recent port survey found ftp.usa.openbsd.org missing 410
files and ftp.openbsd.org missing 117 files for the -current ports tree.
I can provide a detailed list of ports and files that are missing if
it's useful.
