shouldn't be too hard to figure out, but I believe the port will not
compile out-of-the-box.

Attached is a port for slbd, a small daemon that monitors web and
other TCP-based servers, allowing for server load balancing (SLB)
functionality through OpenBSD's PF packet filter.
Tested on amd64.
Any feedback, testing is appreciated.
