This updates LPEG to the newest stable version, and also adds the re module.

The diff below updates the devel/subversion port to Subversion 1.6.11.
It also changes the configure style to 'gnu' instead of 'autoconf'

As i already told you privately, xmame is dead upstream and its devs
consider sdl* the endorsed replacement. So if anyone is really attached
