update for claws-mail and the plugins.
claws-mail is working fine for me for some weeks on amd64.
As i don't use any of the plugins i cannot comment on their actual
functionallity.
patch -E, both diff remove patches.

The siproxd.conf.example file incorrectly shows plugindir as
plugin_dir in its comments, which could be very confusing to users if
