Here is a new port for fdk-aac - the best open source aac encoder,
although tainted with Apache 2.0 license. From pkg/DESCR:
Fraunhofer FDK AAC codec library provides high-quality open source AAC

I discovered some crashes when using mcabber with PGP encryption. I've
created a patch that fixes these issues for me.
It is only tested on OpenBSD/i386 5.6.
An issue including the patch has also been created on bitbucket.

So some have mentioned that epoch shouldn't be removed. Apologies as
following [0] it only mentions epoch once and doesn't note that it has
to stay on updates.
