[UPDATE] devel/p5-Devel-FindRef to 1.422

MOD_PYPI and new package URLs

Hi, I just went to update a python package -- a simple version bump -- and the distfile could not be fetched. This is because PyPI have changed their URL scheme. This will no longer work: https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/t/texscythe/texscythe-0.2.0.1.tar.gz It now needs to be:
