Builds, runs and quick-tests fine with Tcl/Tk 8.5/8.6 on amd64/i386. Here are small tweaks for WANTLIB, style, and MODTK_VERSION. Setting MODTK_VERSION is needed for the port to easily weather the ports system's eventual move to Tcl/Tk 8.6 by default. Patches inlined for 8.5 and 8.6. 8.6 is
