I needed the `configure` script, which wasn't included. When I grabbed
the sources with `DIST_TUPLE`, `autoconf` didn't seem to generate one.

This updates angband to the latest.
I started this at p2k24, but it was more effort than expected. Please check
carefully for mistakes.
Notes:
- Use sdl2 instead of sdl1.
- Sound not working out of the box. Didn't try to fix it really. Not sure if
sound really adds much to a game like
