setup.py is the right place, but in OpenBSD ports the normal way
to do this is by patching.

this is a port for puddletag, a music file tagging program.
Works fine for me on amd64.
The portcheck program complained about missing @exec
update-desktop-database, so i added
@exec %D/bin/update-desktop-database
@unexec-delete %D/bin/update-desktop-database
by hand to
