Before anyone else feels like correcting me ;) I've been told this license isn't free at all and must be marked 'No' for all PERMIT_* values. I did find the license to be a bit strange but I think I got the PERMIT_* vars right. Bloody licenses. :/ It is weird, but I think you got it right.
