Definitely download 8.1 if nothing else--it fixed several glitches. For best value photo editing on your machine, I'd grab a copy of Photoshop 4.0 off eBay. Photoshop 4.0 is: -not the memory hog the more recent versions are -has most of their features -is upgradable all the way to the most recent

I have VPC 3.0 on my PB1400/G3-400/64mb. I works moderately well for me. I currently have to run it solo, as it will not start if anything else is borrowing RAM. I was told that anything higher would not be happy with only 64mb of RAM. But I have not tested this. Mike Dolberry --- "C. Hoogeboom"
