This belongs on the G-Books list. This isn't even one off... You'll get better responses from them anyway, considering they actually own and talk about Lombards over there. Not everyone on this list has a G3/G4 based PowerBook... Your book shouldn't need a system enabler, especially under 9.

PB 190 creaking lid & missing rear door

Greetings! Can anyone make suggestions how to remedy a creaking and stiffness in opening and closing my PB 190's lid? Gracious people here gave me the manual but I'd like sage advice first. Also, where can I get (cheap) replacements for the rear door that covers the ports?
