Robert That battery is the pram battery and if it is dead has everything to do with the computer not starting up, one of the things you can try is leave the PB plugged into AC for a day or so and then try a startup or you can just replace the battery as it may no longer hold a charge. Roger

There is no Orinoco control panel, nor is there an Orinoco CSM. Because the PowerBook 190 is 68k, the WaveLAN drivers are what is installed on my computer. The WaveLAN 6.0 drivers are what I have installed, the last version supported by 68k. They didnt come with any type of signal strength m
