Your absolutely right, because PC66 has NOTHING TO DO with the
Resetting the PRAM was the solution. The Control Panel you're thinking
of is Universal Access, but it's not present. The result is that both
LCDs are fine, but the cs motherboard has some sort of problem which
prevents it operating the screen correctly.
