right.. there is an etch on one side of the end that NEEDS to be on
the card to let it FIT into a PCMCIA slot on a 1400. though
requesting cardbus, I do not know how it works. I took a Wallstreet
DVD and tried to put it into a 3500/Kanga/G3 #1, but the PCMCIA card

well, I *have* gotten 10.3.X to run on a Kanga, but it seems to be
more operative or faster with classic 9.1.. I have not bothered to
try and put this on to a 603e+ but I might have to figure it out
someday... 10.2 with 603e, huh?

OK... I have a bit of an oddity going on here... I have a Kanga, a #1
G3 Powerbook looking like the 3400. I know that it will only display
256 colors. I know that it will not support the PCMCIA cards. LAST
NIGHT I installed 10.2 on there. the screen in thousands of colors,
not 256. AND
in thousands of colors or should I just let it float

a question that I seem to have (but cannot find the answer to) is how
much RAM can I install into this thing? I know there are two
different types, and what is the largest size I can get this mac to
use? I want to put 10 on it with 512 mb ram but that is probably not
going to happen!
I have a PowerPC chip in the 520c, and an updated active matrix
display. Virtual memory would not come on ever, and not the flashing
question mark comes up in the disk saying huh? Anyway, does anyone
have any ideas or sources for a repair of something, I think the disk
is screwed a bit.. so

I concur.
now if I could get the Lucent Silver or Gold to work on a powerbook 500
series with powerpc and 9.1 how?
the same airport software I use on Kanga should work with 9.1 on a 500
with pcmcia card cage and power pc chip...

So long as it's a Rev C card cage, you should just have to install the
Lucent drivers
