I did an Apple recall exchange with my old 3400 power adapter and
then sent me
the new yo-yo adapter and it works just fine. Been using it for a year.

Er, the 3400's adapter wasn't recalled. The recalled adapter
and it qualified so they sent me a new yo-yo
adapter.

noticed that a suggested replacement for the hard to
find 2400 power adapter is the yo yo shaped 45w ibook
adapter. I checked this item out at the apple store
online, and noted that it says it is also for older
g3 powerbooks. This adapter features
