May be off-target with this, but just for your info when puzzling over yours, be aware of much wierdness with older routers. My router will NOT work with my 3400 (OS9) if I set the IP manually in the TCPIP control panel. Works fine when set to get its IP address from the router by DHCP. It see

Okay fellow list members I took every ones advice, got rid of MacPoET and used the router to do the PPPOE or DHCP hook up for the Powerbook, got an IP address in the TCP/IP Control Panel and I am still having trouble connecting to the Internet. Every time I attempt to load a page via Internet Ex
