multiples of the same first name, for example, Jim, as soon as I space to

There was a simple fix:
Take message database out of PowerMail Files folder. Start up PM,
everything OK except no mail messages, Address book etc fine.
Quit PM, put message database back in folder, start PM, no error warning,
all messages and folders back - phew
