I've often wondered about this because sometimes it seems to happen.
When I get a message that has attachments, the attached files are
automatically downloaded into a DownLoads folder in my Home Directory.
Downloads from Safari also go to this folder.

Hi,
I came across some strange problem. On our family Mac, PowerMail will
quit 'unexpectedly' if my wife wants to open any message by double
clicking or create a new one. However, on the same maschine, my account
is behaving well as it's supposed to do. I tried all the ticks from
