I agree with you and we *do* have more structured naming on in-house
files. The problem is with the incoming files from customers.

incoming attachments in a meaningful way:
It should
· keep whole original name.
· retain original extension.
· add meaningful data to the original name string in order to distinguish
files with the same original name from each
