Not sure why sending isn't working. I don't use iCloud as my main e-mail so
hardly ever send from it - just tried a test e-mail and it worked O.K.

I am looking at replacing Apple Mail with PowerMail but can't get iCloud to
work. I've set it up following instructions from a recent post by Jean Michel
on the 3rd November and also following instructions from an Apple support page
- still no luck.
I am running PowerMail 6.2 build 4666 on
This works for me:
Receiving
Incoming mail server: imap.mail.me.com
Use secure connection (X) on dedicated secure port (X) use port 993
Sending
Outgoing smtp server: smtp.mail.me.com
Use secure connection (X) using STARTTLS command (X) use port 587

I've tried your suggestion plus other changes and still nothing.
My gmail imap account works fine so maybe I'll have to run PowerMail and Apple
Mail together in order to get all my mail - not the best solution.
Is there a way to look at the underlying message
