I've managed to open it after low level database rebuilt. Fortunately,
PM3.1.2 had that option, too.

Oops: I actually can't remember if PowerMail at version 3.1.2 _has_ the
fourth checkbox. It may have been added later. The fourth would read low
level database rebuild or some such. That's probably the one you need.
