Stuffit problem

Hi I posted the message below a while ago and have not received any reply from here or from CTM (submitted via the 'Help' menu item) Do I take it that no-one else is seeing this problem? I have tried reinstalling Powermail and Stuffit but continue to get the same error. Could someone confirm one
