I just messed up a flash drive by copying information to it and then
starting xpmode. Evidently xpmode disconnects the flash drive from the
computer when you attach it xpmode.
I always us the remove device to safely remove after I write to it. But all
I did was start the xpmode.

Forget about DosBox in this instance. You won't be running Foxpro for
Windows under DosBox because FPW is a Win16 application, not an MS-DOS
executable. You need to use XP mode or some other virtualisation
approach. You *could* run FoxPro for DOS under DosBox.
