Yes, they might find it annoying that they need to start a program in a window, to run the 16-bit program inside it. Windows 7 has a feature to run the configuration as a window in Windows 7. Though you can't get to the VM's desktop while it has programs running as windows on Windows 7. HTH, Tracy
