Hi, For providing support, I use Teamviewer. For remote users to access my server, I use http://www.tsplus.net/. It maps local drives and prints on local printers as well. Needless to say, but the internet bandwidth on both sides will determine the user experience. Regards Ajit Abraham On

For remote control I use Splashtop Business (splashtop.com) and for one off support they have an add on Splashtop SOS which allows you to remote connect to a user for a one off session with minimal setup by the remote end and you can connect via iPad's, Androids and also iPhones... yes I do the
