Satellite Forms is a VB like programming language that can work with those devices. I've not personally had experience with scanners. I have worked with the software and synced devices both Garnet OS (formally Palm OS) and Windows Mobile 6 (Not 7, it doesn't directly sync to a computer) using VFP 9
