If you ask me, I would definitely wait for as long as it takes in order
to get a Pythonic cli instead of a Lisp one! (no hard feelings Tibor :)

After all, Sam gave me a good starting point with Python libraries that
are already implemented, and I can now perform some basic tests

With these in mind, do you have any suggestion as to what is currently
the best way to check records that exist either in a marcxml file or in
the holding pen
