we have DDB shut down problems (compaction doesn't work on one machine)

Protel99SE trashes the ini file (gets an exception error while
writing the ini files, actually) on program exit with any ddb
still open. This happens fairly predictably, about 5

Every couple of days or so 99SE will not open a schematic file, every other
couple days it wont open a pcb of lib file
