Sounds like it has something to do with the UPS printer driver setup,
possibly a port conflict.

i got nowhere w/ protel support
they 'never heard of it' and could not reproduce it
well i have just reproduced again, and here is the story
the printer for one of our machines is a network printer attached to the
UPS shipping computer
