Hey folks. Just wanted to remind everyone about my current kickstarter campaign
to raise the funds to produce my second album entitled Headspace. I'm offering
many fun rewards for different levels of giving including a free digital copy
of the album when it is released, production consultations,
Yeah, my thing is I am not the best at sequencing, but, you're right. How
am I gonna learn, if I don't just get my feet wet and try getting out of my
comfort zone. My biggest thing is I'm not good at coming up with different
variation for playing. But, that's for another discussion.
Chris.
I totally see what you mean. Those arps really do suck and aren't that useful.
I've never heard of any plugs having this feature, but if I come across
something, I'll let you know.

You know how some keyboards have built in accompinimwent styles, where by,
you chose the style you want, and turn auto-accompiniment mode on, then when
you play a chord in your left hand, you don't even have to hold the chord

Just wanted to point out that you needn't click on the track first and check to

I'm not sure what you mean by finding the "time format" but if you meant to ask
where you'd find the various time displays, that would be in the Edit window
within the Counter Display cluster.

I totally forgot about that little trick! Thanks for the 1o1 reminder.
LOL!
Chris.
There're two ways you can do this.
You either can interact with your name track list table, then hit vo+space
to select the track in question, then once done, hit vo+F3 to be sure that
the track is indeed selected.
Next, press vo+shift+M to get your context menu, then go to rename.

Thanks. It was early and I was on no sleep and I just couldn't remember where

Hi Chris,
First, bTW, I spell my name s l a u not s l a o but I did consider the o
spelling at one time. Anyway, it's Slau.
OK, it doesn't matter which window you're in, just go to the View menu and go
down to the Main Counter submenu and select the time format. Done.

If you have a control surface, double tap the select button and it'll bring up
the name dialog. Otherwise, bring up a contextual menu on the track name in the
track list and choose "Rename."

OK, Slao, perhaps you, or someone else can chime in here.
The other day, on list, I asked how to change my session from letting me
navigate by bars and beats, to navigating by time, like say... hours,
minutes, seconds, etc.
I know one of you, can't remember who, sorry, told me how to do this,
Hey all
Can anyone please give me the steps for naming a track? I new it then forgot.

I have a 003 and read that there is a way to map the control surface
so that I can operate plugin parameters with the knobs on the 003. I
tried to follow the instructions, but it seems VO can't see the "lear"
or "Factory Default Map" buttons in the plugin window. Any help?
