Yeh, I have quite a few voxingo plugs I use with Sonar and that is why I was
asking. I posted about a week ago if anyone was using a VST rapper, but nobody
responded so I assume that it is perhaps a VO issue with PT or that people are
just using other tools.

I think there were some issues with third party plug-ins where it appeared that
parameters weren't being changed when in fact they were. If I'm not mistaken,
this was the case with Waves plug-ins. Some things you might want to try:
Interact with a parameter and change its value
Just a little correction:
Shift-Space bar plays back at half speed rather than recording at half speed.
Since Command-Space bar is the shortcut for recording, adding the Shift
modifier makes it half speed recording :)
