When I asked Avid they said the colour was different but since I can’t see then
I’m still none the wiser.
I believe I have got the ilok 2 key but I would just like to check.

for an entry level machine, as i had never used a mac before, and i did not
know if i'd be comfortable using one. So i did not want to spend a lot for my
first machine. and i needed a new laptop anyway as my old pc lap
You do need to transfer the new license to the iLok. When you bought
PT11 your PT 10 license got revoked and you got issued a new combo
license for PT 11 and 10. Transfer them to the iLok and both PT 10
and 11 should launch for you. Contact Avid Pro Tools Support and have
them remote into your sys
Avid sorted out my pro tools 11 upgrade and updated my iLok licences.
Do I need to update my iLok key as well?

applications and still nothing.
Funnily enough, I tried opening Protools 10.3.8 and that isn't opening
properly either.
When I get pro tools 11 open it says unknown.

hotkeys for the set start and end markers and item selection.

tracks, it'll be totally fine, 4 GB is the minimum recommended amount of RAM.

I rang Avid this morning and the lady there registered my pro tools 11, so I
went to avid.com logged in and went to my account.
Clicked on products I own and pro tools 11.1.3 is there so I clicked on show
and downloaded it.
So far so good.
Then I went to my downloads and opened the pro tools 11.1
Just to clarify the machine i have is an entry level mac book pro retina 2.4
gig processor with 4 gig of ram.
If you feel this will not do the trick i'd be happy to up the ram. But i'm also

pro tools for basic operation and testing. I am not looking to run an entire
studio on this machine. If i like what i find with tools i'll probably get an i
