there are a couple things going on there.
The bass is being ducked very briefly to let the kick drum through.
But it's also being distorted, with the distorted version blended in
at low level to make it growl.
The other thing in there is a bass synth that the band really wanted
to hear, and
Ah, unless that bass synth is particularly percussive then I guess
it's the parallel distortion I must be hearing. Nice work man.

I've swapped some emails with Ian Shepherd and studied one of his
courses before, seems like a nice chap. Has anyone contacted him to
see whether there's anything that can be done toward native
accessibility yet? If not, I'll gladly do the honors.

Hi chad,
Simply, as you've been doing, import audio to a new track, select the audio
from that new track and paste it into the track into which you intended the
audio and delete the unused track.
Hope that helps,
Slau

Hello all,
I hope you all can help me. I was wondering if there is any way to import audio
on to a pre-existing track? The way I have been doing it imports the audio, but
it also creates an audio track. I've created a template that I would like to
use with sins and the track routed through the
I guess I should've thought of that one. LOL
Thank you!

My go-to mixbus plugs are fairly uninteresting. ReaXcomp and a touch
of Mongoose from Boz Digital Labs.

This is a feature that Cakewalk, Logic, and Reaper have been able to do since
day 1. Unfortunately, your only options are to import to a new track and cut
and paste to your desired track, or import to the clip list and drag, which I
haven’t had much luck with.
Trust me, I love PT, but in
Hey Chad.
You can definitely paste multiple tracks. As long as you have the same number
of target and destination tracks, everything will be pasted properly. You’ll
want to cut rather than copy for obvious reasons.
Hope this helps.
