My recollection was that I did the downloads and installation with my assistant
present at the time but I think I could have gone through the process without
assistance if I had to. It was a little while ago and I simply don't recall. I
seem to recall having to paste in authorization codes that
I'd imagine he was probably quoting you from your blog or something.
