I just clicked on the full screen button in the mix window. It seemed to work.
I Should have thought about it before. lol.

exact message is mouse down on edit, and then the name of the track is
announced.

Are you sure you have your mouse pointer set to follow your Voiceover
cursor? Before doing your mouse down, and your mouse up, try doing a
VO+Command+F5 to route your mouse pointer to the current item. That's
the only thing I can possibly think of.

Hi Everyone.
It seems since upgrading to PT 19.6 i seem to be having trouble moving tracks
on some of my sessions.
I’ve used all 3 methods of moving tracks as Slau has Suggested. I’ve always
been able to get around this issue in recent times. But what’s happening is
this.
