Hi Ramy,
If you're getting that message, the track with which you're interacting is
technically not scrolled into view. In the edit window, with all your tracks
shown, press the Page Up key a few times to make sure the first track is
entirely visible. VoiceOver sees things that are not necessari

Strongly agree. Better safe than sorry. Always wait to do a major upgrade until
you have a little buffer window.

Hi
You don't say what version you are currently on, but best will be to go to
www.avid.com log in to your master account, go to my products and see what
versions you can download. It will also tell you whether you are currently on a
upgrade plan.
If not on a upgrade plan, it will cost you $299

Once you install the latest iLk manager you have to go through the process to
place the pro tools asset on the iLk connected to your computer from your iLk
account. Once you do that PT should load with no issues.

I appreciate your help. I installed the latest ilk manager but it
still keeps saying unknown. I think I will get sight assistance to see
what is going on here.
The program is called ilk support manger, not sure if that is the one,
but did not see any other possibilities.

Hi Vaughn,
Go to iLok.com and download the latest iLok License Manager. The process of
activating licenses is completely accessible. If you've only recently upgraded
to version 12, you will have to activate and transfer your PT 12 license but,
once you've done that, you won't have to activate an

Hello Slao,
I upgraded to 12.2.1 in order to access the bounce feat. As you mentioned, PT
11 does not have this feature.
I will look into the iLock and license manager. I’ve told I need sighted
assistance to put the license onto the iLock. It worked fine for PT 11.
> On Jan 22, 2016, at 11:35 A
Hi vaughn,
Not sure what you're seeing but it sounds like some kind of activation issue.
Are you using the most recent iLok License Manager? Are there any other
plug-ins installed that are not authorized through iLok?
How did that track bounce thing work out, BTW?

I’m just curious. Are you using El Capitan? I don’t think PT was fully
supported there until at least 12.2, but that being said, might I ask why
you’re not using 12.4? It’s very accessible, and I use it literally on a daily
basis.
Chris.
