Hi, I emailed ilok support and received a message that they are aware of
this issue and are working on this. I would however suggest those of us
who have not emailed them to do so and to include both the windows
accessibility site http://www.microsoft.com/enable and the Apple
accessibility sit
There is virtually no access to the ilok manager on the mac. If you have a
windows machine and have installed iLok on it, you can with a bit of effort and
tenacity, get your registration done yourself, but it is very difficult to tell
whether you have properly transfered
your key to the iLok.
Hi, I would call Avid support and have them remote into your system to
fix the issue to get it activated. The more we explain these issues to
them the more they will help get everything accessible even if they
