If it turns out that concepts from ICD-10 are entirely contained in DBpedia, then maybe using DBpedia URIs directly could be an option. Wait, that does not seem to be realistic, as a quick inspection of e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICD-10_Chapter_V:_Mental_and_behavioural_disorders shows t
