Going forward we will be doing that. Unfortunately it is too late for lucid. We are already in hot water since the files are already removed and nowhere to be found. Also the old servers are all pointing to that repo and due to our deployment, we don't have direct access to those servers. Ehsan

Hi I understand that you won't build new packages any longer. But why are you removing the old packages? Why can't you keep the packages around? Some of these packages are needed in order to upgrade to a newer release. Is there an archive server at least where the old packages could be found?
