I had put site-config in the manifests directory with my default.pp. After
moving it to the parent of manifests, where my Vagrantfile is, it worked
fine.

Activating debug might give me more info. I will look into how to do that
either in my vagrantfile or in my pp. Also pastebin is good. I got nothing
