On behalf of the NumPy team I'm pleased to announce the release of NumPy
1.16.0rc1. This is the last NumPy release to support Python 2.7 and will be
maintained as a long term release with bug fixes until 2020. This release
has seen a lot of refactoring and features many bug fixes,

Pygments is a generic syntax highlighter written in Python.
This is a maintenance release with over a dozen improvements to various
lexers, as well as Python 3.7 compatibility fixes. Please have a
