I downloaded the Windows installers for NumPy and SciPy, but as they
are prepared for Python 2.5, I can't make the installers run properly.

Yes, of course, but that should mean that I have to do it be
our posted answers, that the point is doing
a good programming work, and that I will have to look very carefully
at all those packages and resources you have mentioned, to do a good
work at Python.
