Trying to install Visual Studio 2005 (std edition) in a Windows 2003
server (std edition) inside QEMU (version 0.7.2. with KQEMU running in
Gentoo (gcc 3.4.4, kernel 2.6.14)) results in a locked guest OS that
fails with videoprt.sys errors (screen dump

When I start qemu, it runs without qvm86 acceleration.

I tried to install qvm86 under SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 running on a
Dual Pentium III with Kernel 2.6.5-7.139-smp.
After compiling the module:
modprobe qvm86
chmod 666 /dev/qvm86
In /var/log/messages I get the following output:
