Using the start.bat file included with the QEMU package (except changing
cd-rom and hard disk image filenames as appropriate).
I haven't adjusted any audio settings, I'm using whatever the defaults
are.

* Also, there should be an easier way to report bugs which does not require
signing up to yet another mailing list.

Forgot to mention, the KQEMU installer seems to be lacking a check for what
version of Windows is in use, this needs fixing too.
