when spatial bookmark created along with coordinates it also store
CRS. But instead
of human-readable format (e.g. EPSG code) an internal SRS ID is used,

Maybe as a first step we can move those "special" providers into separate
plugins? I almost sure that they used only by advanced users who can install
required dependencies. So such move should not harm most our users and

I just noticed that "Save as" for raster allows me to save rasters only
as GTiff and VRT. If I'm not wrong some time ago it was possible to
save rasters in any GDAL-supported format. What is the reason for
limiting this to GTiff now?

this test passes and prepare_commit.sh does
not find any issues. Also runing manually autopep8 on problematic file
leaves it unchanged.
