on 32 bit Windows XP systems, loading WMS layers in QGIS 2.2 are
considerately slower than in QGIS 2.0.
On my tests, QGIS 2.2 takes more than a minute, while QGIS 2.0 loads the
WMS in 1-2 seconds.
