Having issues installing QGIS ltr (3.16.4) 64-bit standalone. It gets stuck

Non uso altri SO microsoft, ma per come scrive Jürgen, Python 3.9 non è
supportato da win 7 e questa nuova OSGeo4W supporto solo python 3.9.

Is there a possibility to save the display model of a layer in a GeoPackage?
This would be interesting for us so that data could be sent more easily to
other people without having to send the QGS-file and the GeoPackage together.

have a look under "/var/cache/apt/archives". Maybe you can still find the
deb-package for the old QGIS version there. This has helped me before.

in linea generale concordo che manchino alcune delle professionalità, certo
è che non conosciamo in modo dettagliato le necessità dell'ente (non che
abbia molta fiducia negli enti pubblici sia chiaro ;)...)
la presenza della richiesta: "conoscenza dei prezziari (regionali e
nazionali),
Mancano molte altre professionalità ugualmente valide.
Problema comune: il GIS è per sua natura transdisciplinare, e la maggior
parte dei bandi, sia professionali che di gara, non riconosce questo
semplice fatto.
Uno dei tanti fattori che ci identificano come un paese ingessato, che
fa fatica a
