Hi there,
I am unable to access Arcgis layer due to error 499 on connection. This seems
to indicate that there is a token problem but I did use the correct token. Any
ideas?

I'm not sure if it is possible in google maps. But that same polygon is
available in Open Street Maps which you can import polygons for in QGIS
using a number of different plugins such as OSMdownloader and QuickOSM.

that you CAN use that url in the Locator Toolbar to fly to the right place.
But I was wondering IF that url was actually holding the coordinates of your
